During the Schematic stage of design, value management savings suggestions with savings by utilizing precast wall panels at the Garage in lieu of CMU and Brick. Reviewing the exterior skin to reduce the amount of CMU and stucco to more of a unitized curtainwall with spandrel glass between floors. This established the glass to be set more from the inside of a scaffolding system on the outside of the building.
